Terms and Conditions of Machinery Sales

Guarantee

Each machine is sold by Alenco Tool Supply Co., as inspected, but carries a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee. If machine is found unsatisfactory, you may return it within 30 days from shipment and we will refund your money in full. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges. This guarantee applies only to machines which we own. This return privilege does-not apply to machines sold on an “as-is” basis or those we broker as a third party, or through auctions.

Machinery descriptions are intended only as a guide and their accuracy is not guaranteed. Please have your own inspection conducted to confirm the specifications and condition.

Terms

Cash or check with order, and all machines are quoted FOB trucks. Unless otherwise stated.
All machines offered subject to prior sale and prices quoted are exclusive of any government sales tax.
Machinery descriptions are intended only as a guide and their accuracy is not guaranteed.

Conditions

There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the face hereof.
Quotations subject to change without notice. All agreements and/or contracts made by salesmen or representatives are subject to approval by Alenco Tool Supply Co.

Machine Safety

It is the client’s (end user’s) responsibility to provide proper safety devices, and equipment to safeguard the operator from harm for any particular use, operation or setup, and to adequately safeguard the machine, or machines, to conform to all Federal, State and Local Government Safety Standards and All industry Safety Standards. Alenco Tool Supply Co. is not responsible for any misuse of the equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alenco Tool Supply Co., its ownership, managers, employees, contractors, agents, heirs, and assigns,  of and from any and all claims or liabilities from accidents involving these machines caused by failure of user, his employees, or agents to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations available from the original manufacturer, or by failure of user to comply with Federal, State and Local laws applicable to such, equipment including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

Alenco Tool Supply Co. will take every precaution to protect your personal information. All personal information collected on individuals will be kept confidential and in a secure manner. Access to personal information will be restricted to only those personnel with a legitimate business purpose.
